For a 200-person event we typically run two stations over four hours; a 400-person launch runs three or four so the queue never stalls. We stock soft, on-brand Bella+Canvas blanks in the colors your marketing team specifies, prep your artwork so it presses clean, and handle setup and teardown around your run-of-show. Everything is turnkey — you approve the menu, we run the bar.
