Live DTF shirt pressing

The core of the bar. Full-color direct-to-film transfers press onto tees, hoodies, and totes in under a minute — vivid, soft-hand, and rated for years of washing. This is what makes the live experience possible.

Screen printing

For high-volume single-color runs we can screen print staff shirts or a hero design in advance, then use the bar for the live personalization guests love.

Embroidery

Stitched logos on caps, polos, and jackets for a premium finish — great as a VIP tier alongside the tee bar.

Hat bar & patches

Add a hat station with Richardson 112 and Flexfit blanks and let guests apply heat-press patches or personalize a cap next to the shirts.

UV DTF stickers & hard goods

Peel-and-press UV DTF graphics for tumblers, bottles, and phone cases — an easy, spill-proof giveaway to round out the bar.

Laser engraving

We arrive early, dial in the press heat and timing, and run the line so your team can enjoy the event.

Planning the footprint early keeps the day smooth.

Footprint

A single station wants roughly a 10×10 area for the bar, the press table, and a short guest queue. We scale the space with the number of stations.

Power

Each press pulls a standard 120V circuit. We coordinate with your venue on outlets or bring quiet power for outdoor and remote sites.

Timing

Plan on about 60–90 minutes of setup before doors and a similar teardown after. We build that into every quote.
