We travel to Las Vegas regularly. Vegas events carry a flat $900 travel fee on top of the station package to cover crew and equipment transport — everything else works exactly as it does at home. We coordinate with convention-center move-in schedules, hotel ballroom logistics, and Strip venue rules, and we bring self-contained power where needed. Trade show booths usually run one compact station; summits and large activations run several.
